Analysis

Define the problem & Audience:
Georgia title clerks are incorrectly filling out Georgia titles. Each mistake costs the company significant penalties. the audience for this course will be Georgia title clerks ages 18+.
Learning Goal: Students will practice information placement and learn how to properly fill out a Georgia Title without error.

Design

Learning objectives: The goal is to raise overall accuracy by 15% for all employees within four weeks.
We will use Microlearning modules focusing on the various parts of the Georgia Title.
Information will be introduced in the beginning of each lesson. A Drag-and-Drop quiz will be required as a final knowledge check. The delivery method will be through Workday.
