Analysis

     This course was created in direct response to an identified skill gap among the client’s Business Office Associates. The analysis included employee skills, knowledge, and time as core reasons for the skill gap.
     This course was designed to strengthen competencies in areas where performance gaps were identified within the client’s Business Office Associate.

Design

     The objective of this eLearning was increasing overall employee accuracy by 15% within a four‑week period. To achieve this, the training program will leverage targeted microlearning modules focused on key components of the Georgia Title.
     Each lesson introduced essential information, followed by a required drag‑and‑drop assessment to validate knowledge acquisition.

Development

     Content was reviewed and validated in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts. Instructional scripts were developed to outline key concepts and essential information. Knowledge‑check formats were evaluated, and the final assessment structure was selected.

Implementation

Training was deployed to designated employees via the approved URL. The purpose, expectations, and participation requirements were communicated to all learners. Support resources were provided throughout the initial rollout to ensure a smooth learning experience. Engagement and active participation were encouraged to reinforce adoption and completion.

Evaluation

After a small group trial, feedback was gathered to assess effectiveness and efficiency of the course using the Kirkpatrick Method. Revised course based on usability and effectiveness.

Using the Kirkpatrick evaluation a survey was conducted, responses were collected, and the gathered data was analyzed to identify strengths, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
